Who attends Resource Group meetings?
- The majority of attendees are agency owners and/or their staff members.
- A FSC representative.
- On occasion, hardware vendors, carrier representatives, independent consultants, or other insurance related representatives may attend.
What product is discussed at a Resource Group meeting?
- While 90% of the discussion revolves around the FSC Manager, other FSC solutions and industry related topics are also discussed.
How often do Resource Groups meet?
- Each group has their own meeting schedule. Please check the Regions & Groups section of this web site for the meeting schedule in your area.
How many Resource Groups are there?
- There are eight groups throughout Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin and Illinois.
Where are the meetings held?
- Meetings are held in the following cities: Carroll, Cedar Rapids, Onamia, Owatonna, Rice Lake, Appleton, Madison and Bloomington.
Is there a fee to join a Resource Group?
- Yes. Each group is priced slightly different depending on their needs. Normally the fees range from $25.00 - $100.00 annually.
How long do the meetings last?
- Meetings normally run from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. This may vary slightly for each group.
What topics are covered at the meetings?
- Program changes in the latest release
- Issues agencies may be experiencing
- Features or enhancements agencies would like to see in the system
- FSC training (different subject at each meeting)
