Recently, Fiserv, Inc. purchased Xcipio, Inc., the premier provider of web-based, real-time rating technology in the nation.  This exciting acquisition signals a very positive commitment by Fiserv FSC, Inc. to be the preeminent provider of rating technology in the nation.

MI-Assistant is pleased to announce that as of January 1st, 2006, MI, FSC, and Xcipio will operate under the name FSC Insurance Solutions.  It is important that all FSC Insurance Solutions' divisions pool our resources together and align collectively as a single entity.  This strategic alignment will allow us to continue offering the most accurate rating program available, backed by the most helpful and friendly customer service in the industry. 

Here are a few of the key points regarding this name change:

 

• Billing notices, marketing material, and our website will reflect our new name in a phased approach.  Now that all rating divisions are merging together, many notices will originate from our home office in Agoura Hills, California.
   
• Although we are changing our name, our products and services will continue to be supported as they always have.  Over the longer term, you can expect we will provide you with the best platform for providing the next generation of single-entry, multi-carrier personal lines quoting and issuance technology. 
   
• The MI-Assistant management system (branded FSC Manager in CA and AZ) is still an active product offering by the new organization. 
• Customers should continue to use the same email addresses and phone numbers for customer support.  We will continue to provide you with superior customer service throughout this transition and beyond.
