The 2005 MI Users Conference was held July 20-21st at the Kalahari Resort in Wisconsin Dells. The conference was a huge success with over 230 agents, carriers, and vendors in attendance. Guests were excited to see all the new functionality coming in the next release of the MI Comparative Writer and MI Management System. Agents were able to hear directly from their peers on how to best use the MI Comparative Rater at the Rater Power User Panel. Sandy Oliver with AIS Technology also moderated a panel of "Paperless" agencies, these agents shared the challenges and benefits of utilizing imaging and/or E-Filing within their agency.
Results Tracking was a hot topic at the conference, Results Tracking is a soon to be released module from MI giving an agency owner the ability to track results from their automation tools. Jerry and Judie Couri, Couri Insurance Agency, gave a fantastic Keynote presentation at the Wednesday Luncheon.
Many MI Carrier Partners were on hand Thursday morning to show agencies their newest technologies as well as answer any questions. The conference wrapped up Thursday afternoon with a golf outing and banquet at Trappers Turn Golf Club. Thank you to all those that attended the 2005 MI Users Conference.
