Real-Time inquiry provides the ability to select a policy from the client screen, select an inquiry type and have the results of the inquiry displayed in seconds! No need to key in login or policy information! This process will not only save time but allow for a standard, consistent workflow within the office. With FSC Manager, this feature is called Service Link.
Service Link also contains the ability to launch the website of any carrier, regardless of whether or not they offer real-time inquiry. This feature launches the carrier site in a single click and allows for the same workflow for all carriers.
